We expect you to

• Have 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer for digital products or services

• Be skilled with research principles and discovery methods

• Be proficient in interaction design and information architecture

• Be experienced in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps

• Know how to simplify complex user requirements

• Have excellent communication skills both when interacting with clients and your team

• Have advanced knowledge and use of industry-standard tools

• Understand conventional software development practices

• Have no trouble communicating in English

You will be responsible for

• Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback

• Facilitating workshops: preparing, running, and analyzing workshops with the team and clients

• Shaping the user interface and interactions that should be closely aligned with the product strategy

• Collaborating closely with other designers, product managers, and developers in cross-functional agile teams in all product phases

• Creating and maintaining design systems for your products

• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
